  • security and abuse-prevention information.

We do not use private communications for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Genie Information

When you use Genie, we may collect information relating to your interaction with the feature.

  • the companies or assets you search for or select;
  • Genie interactions;

Genie does not require users to submit free-form prompts.

We use Genie interaction information to provide the requested experience, maintain security, understand feature usage and improve the Service where permitted by law.

  • interactions;
  • usage information;

6. Asset Watchlists and Preferences

A user’s watchlist does not necessarily represent their actual ownership of an asset.

9. Apple Purchases and Subscriptions

Where you purchase a Bluehood subscription or digital Service through Apple’s App Store, Apple processes the payment.

Bluehood does not receive your full payment card number through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

We may receive information necessary to provide purchased Services, such as:

  • transaction identifiers;
  • subscription status;
  • purchase information;
  • renewal or expiration information.

Apple’s own privacy policies and terms also apply to information Apple processes.
